FIGHT DO is not like any other martial arts to music program! This program allows a beginner to walk into a class and pick up simple moves designed into simple routines. Fight Do consists of arm and leg movements executed into boxing and kicking routines. You can make the class as easy or as intense as you want. Each class can burn up to 800calories!!
POWER combines different muscle groups together to produce workouts that are always unique and keep members AND instructors constantly motivated. It's simple structure means you take away the complexity, increase the intensity and get the most POWER, full muscle conditioning workout with weights ever produced!
KIMAX Using a free standing bag, each Ki Max class is structured into 'rounds' of Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing using simple, intense and dynamic movements. Each 'round' has carefully structured movements while also considering both muscular co-ordination and the energy systems. If you really want to experience the energy and adrenaline of punching and kicking, then Ki Max is the program you've been waiting for!
CIRCUITS are a high intensity workout. Every week it's new and fresh keeping you on your toes. A mixture of resistance and cardio training, Zero Limits circuits are designed to not only test your limits but to push you beyond them!!
PILATES PLUS is a method of exercise that conditions the whole body and is based around improving your core stability and using correct muscle movements. Along with the physical work Pilates also focuses the mind on breathing and connecting with the body.
UBOUND Bounce on in and be prepared for the most enjoyable workout you will ever have! UBOUND utilizes mini trampolines to give you an unbeatable workout with ZERO impact due to the Trampolines elastic nature. You will feel your body working in ways it never felt possible as you act against the ULTIMATE opposing force... GRAVITY! Touted by many scientists as being "one of the most effective forms of exercise created by man". UBOUND benefits the lymphatic and immune system, aids in detoxification and strengths the entire body. CYCLEOPS Mountain to Road Cycles run indoor cycle trainer classes from May to September for an alternative winter training programme. This is available to any teenager or adult with a mountain or road bike and an indoor trainer. The price is $10 per class.
